Shared common areas and the lower level serves as a massive 2nd living room that only female travelers use. Pet free home. Owner occupied. Everything is here that you could want including central air, wifi, 75" smart TV in the main living room, 70" in the basement living room, and 60" in the private bedroom, beverage center, kitchen appliances including air fryer, 3 fridges, 6 bathrooms, laundry, dead end street with no traffic, yard, deck, and amazing pool and new hot tub. Lots of woods in the back where we commonly see deer and turkeys. Very quiet neighborhood.

There are 4 bedrooms to choose from (1st come first serve) and when a traveler leaves ahead of you, you can upgrade to a nicer room if you choose to. They are not all identical. Please call and ask as far as availability. I have the capacity to house up to 4 travelers at once, but I have never housed that many at once. While on the lower level, you would share a full bath with other travelers on the same level. (wouldn't share with anyone else in the house) Again, house has a total of 6 bathrooms.

Within 10 minutes is the major strips of Southington and Bristol which has every business and restaurant you could ever need
